YOUR INFORMATION

A small brief.
Handled with care.

A direct route to ask about your information, with a private inbox and manual owner review.

Who handles your information?

BetterSachet’s enquiry handling and any agreed services are managed by SachetsCo Pty Ltd. This notice describes the information submitted through this site.

What we collect and why

The improvement enquiry asks for your name, email, intended destination and a description of your current pack and improvement question. Company, phone and most project details are optional. “Not decided” is accepted for an unresolved destination.

The privacy-request form asks only for your name, email, request text and permission to store and respond to it. Information is used to review your enquiry or privacy request and reply to you. Neither form accepts file uploads. Please keep formulas, credentials, identity documents, health information and private third-party data out of these forms.

Before sending

Typing and reviewing a brief or privacy request keeps the answers in the open page’s memory. Answer text and contact details are not saved to browser storage and are cleared when the page closes or reloads.

The improvement enquiry may keep only a submission reference and a fingerprint of the brief in this tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours to recognise an unchanged retry. That record contains no answer text or contact fields. The privacy-request form below does not use browser storage at all: its exact request and retry reference stay only in this open page. If sending is interrupted, keep the reference and retry unchanged details before starting another request.

Each form checks whether the private inbox is available before allowing a send. Preparing or reviewing text does not submit it. A stored confirmation appears only after the server confirms the same request reference.

Where a submitted request goes

Sending stores your contact details and brief or request in this site’s separate Sites-native private owner inbox. Access through the application is restricted to the verified site owner. Necessary hosting providers process the information to operate the service; hosting logs and backups are handled separately from the application inbox.

No automatic email, notification or response is sent, and there is no automatic third-party forwarding or newsletter signup. These forms do not put your answers in page addresses or send them to advertising analytics.

Manual review and retention

Stored records remain in the inbox for the owner to handle and review. A fixed deletion period has not been adopted. Records are not automatically deleted or hidden after an arbitrary period. The owner reviews whether information is still needed; submitting a privacy request does not itself delete or change a stored record. Hosting log and backup retention is separate.

Use the privacy-request form below for questions, corrections or a deletion request. The owner handles each request manually; this page does not promise a particular outcome or response time.

Make a privacy request

Use this form to ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern. It goes to the same verified owner-only inbox as this site’s enquiries, labelled as a privacy request. The owner reviews it and responds manually using the email you provide. A stored receipt does not mean the request has been reviewed, approved or fulfilled.

Only describe the request and any existing submission reference. Do not include identity documents, passwords, access credentials, formulas, health information or private information about other people. No documents or uploads are collected here. If proportionate identity verification is needed, the owner will discuss a suitable method separately.

Checking private inbox availability. Sending is disabled until the inbox is ready.

All fields below are required. Review your request before choosing Send privacy request.

Up to 2,000 characters. Include a previous submission reference if you have one. No sensitive information or documents.
